Delivery Information

We charge a flat rate of £4.99 for Express Delivery to Mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.
Please note: This delivery rate does not apply to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Islands, or certain postcodes in Scotland. For these areas, please contact us to confirm the delivery charges, as they may differ from those shown at checkout.

We dispatch orders via Royal Mail and APC, aiming for delivery within 48 hours. Orders are sent out Monday to Thursday. If you provide a mobile number and email during checkout, we will send you tracking details once your order has been processed.

To ensure freshness, all our products are packed with ice blocks in insulated poly box containers. Please allow up to two days for delivery. During peak times, deliveries might take a bit longer due to the higher volume of orders.

Because our products are perishable, they will need to be refrigerated as soon as they arrive. It’s important that someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided, whether it’s your home or workplace. Alternatively, please provide specific instructions for leaving the parcel in a safe, dry location.

Please keep the following in mind:

• We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are not delivered due to the recipient being unavailable.
• We are not liable for parcels that go missing or become unsuitable for consumption if they are left in the specified 'safe place' for an extended period.
• If no safe place is specified, our couriers may choose a location they consider appropriate. You will receive a notification from the courier once the parcel has been delivered, along with information about where it has been left.
