We ensure that all our products are carefully checked and leave our premises in perfect condition. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before returning the goods. If your package appears damaged upon arrival, we ask that you accept the delivery and contact us as soon as possible. Accepting a damaged delivery does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. However, refusing delivery without consulting us first may lead to the goods being disposed of by the courier, which we want to avoid.
We aim to investigate and respond to any complaints within five working days.
Please make sure the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
