"Smoked fish are a great tradition of the British Isles. We always have smoked fish on the menu and in particular smoked eel, a most permanent fixture. We take as much pride as we do pleasure in the package of beautiful, bronzed smoked eel that arrive each week, grateful to the Devon Eel Company who continue this great tradition, exercising due care and consideration for this wonderful fish, so prized for its delicate flavour and texture."
